报告摘要：Significance of "peristalsis" phenomenon in processes related to physiological and industrial systems will be highlighted. Main emphasis for mathematical models characterizing rheological characteristics of involved materials will be described. Attention will be particularly focused to the various considered recent aspects for compressibility, gravity, porous medium, thermodynamics, slip factor, microrotation and curvature in the peristalsis. A comparative study by different techniques will be presented.Outcome through these aspects will be summarized.
